TIANYU Team Building: A Memorable Self-Driving Journey in Xinjiang Ili

Our team of 20, divided into 4 vehicles, set off for an 8-day self-driving adventure to the beautiful Xinjiang Ili region. It was an enjoyable trip full of breathtaking views and the creation of lasting bonds.

We enjoyed the trip and the magnificent views of the vast flowing Snowy Landscape complemented with alluring clear lakes and bridges. We took pleasure with our colleagues and took many photos to preserve our memories. We became even better friends with the added distance. One of the best days was when we met the local family in Qiongku. We entered their humble parlor, and then we joined them to prepare some local and traditional cusine of their parlour. We enjoyed some of the local and traditional cusine. We enjoyed their local hospitality and warmth.

We also received some additional teamwork when one of the vehicles got stuck in a snow drift. All of our colleagues came to help and worked with a sense of unity. We even helped  to remove the car from the snow drift. We were able to do a host of exciting activities like skiing and horse riding.

Our mates were taken care of during the trip by our boss and the mates in our team during the trip really helped solidify the unity and the great love of our team members, while out of the office for some team building activities.

We came back rejuvenated and inspired, eager to channel the same sense of togetherness into our collaborative efforts and partnership with clients.
